- Great spacious and modern room with comfortable beds. - Nice bathroom with a large shower. Shampoo and soaps provided as well as a good hairdryer. - Great value for money. - Large TV with a wide selection of free movies. Tea and coffee making facilities and fridge in the room. - Plenty of space for clothes / storage space. - The free gym has everything you need for a good workout including cardio machines, dumbbells and weight/cable machines. - Friendly enough staff who will be willing to help you. - We got the option of having our rooms cleaned twice or two free drinks from the bar which was interesting. Opted for cleaning and the cleaners did a great job. - The bar / lounge area is very nice with loads of seating and a pool table. - 10 minutes on the Tier scooters to get to the centre. - Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. - Rooms seem to be soundproof. - The whole vibe of the hotel is great!

Everything was amazing! The room was clean, cosy and modern, the bed super comfortable. You couldn't hear any noise during the night. There was a kettle and some teabags and coffee so it was perfect for a warm drink after a long day of walking and sightseeing. They offer late check out at 14:00 which was great as we had a late flight! They also offer you vouchers for free drinks if you didn't have your bed sheet and towels changed every day (this is so good for environment too!). The location was good too, near the city center and surrounded by many cafés and restaurants.

Best hotel i have ever been to, the hotel is very well designed and so relaxing to be there. The Service is well Trained and friendly.The food was so good, I couldnt have enough of it. The room i was in is so well spaced has a comfi bed has a nice view and a very clean beautiful bathroom. This is the only hotel i would go back to, if i would have to spend a night in Brussels. You are so close to really good Shops and Restaurants just walking distance from the hotel.

The lobby and bar area was very comfortable and if you don't want room service you can get a free drink at the bar, which was a nice additional bonus. The beds were huge but comfortable and there was a good varied breakfast available. Close to the Louise Metro, and there is a supermarket and many restaurants around the area. About 30 min walk to the Grand Place of Brussels, or a short metro ride away.

Beds were large and comfortable. Staff provide us a cot/bed for our 6m baby in advance Staff was very friendly and resourceful Hotel was quiet during the night. Perfect location close to public transport; or even 20min to the city center Finger food was tasty, which match perfectly after long travels Bar is open until 12-1am; allowing you to relax wi the a drink after a late arrival
