very spacious rooms, big kingsize bed, very comfortable. Nice lobby with bar, games etc… drinks and food at reasonable prices. I would definetely come back here! Nice extra: you get a free drink if they don’t have to clean your room in between nights!

The lobby and bar area was very comfortable and if you don't want room service you can get a free drink at the bar, which was a nice additional bonus. The beds were huge but comfortable and there was a good varied breakfast available. Close to the Louise Metro, and there is a supermarket and many restaurants around the area. About 30 min walk to the Grand Place of Brussels, or a short metro ride away.

Everything was amazing! The room was clean, cosy and modern, the bed super comfortable. You couldn't hear any noise during the night. There was a kettle and some teabags and coffee so it was perfect for a warm drink after a long day of walking and sightseeing. They offer late check out at 14:00 which was great as we had a late flight! They also offer you vouchers for free drinks if you didn't have your bed sheet and towels changed every day (this is so good for environment too!). The location was good too, near the city center and surrounded by many cafés and restaurants.

Beds were large and comfortable. Staff provide us a cot/bed for our 6m baby in advance Staff was very friendly and resourceful Hotel was quiet during the night. Perfect location close to public transport; or even 20min to the city center Finger food was tasty, which match perfectly after long travels Bar is open until 12-1am; allowing you to relax wi the a drink after a late arrival

Very spacious and comfortable room. Great aircon and reliable WiFi. Notably well cleaned and presented. Blackout curtains very welcome as I moved to the hotel for 2 nights to escape Brussels heatwave. Unfortunately, the bar and restaurant area weren't as chilled as the rooms; probably due to the glass structure at front of bar/ lobby and the number of spotlights.
